Tsunami Alert Indonesia
A massive earthquake, 7.3 on the Richter scale has struck off the west coast of Sumatra, a Tsunami alert has been issued.
The Earthquake was 200 km (125 miles) SW of Lhokseumawe, Sumatra, Indonesia and was at a depth of 61.4 KM.
There have been early reports of moderate damage in Bandah Aceh. with the epicenter of the quake being very near that of the 2004 9.2 magnitude earthquake that triggered the Indian Ocean tsunami, which killed about 220,000 people.
